Benefits just keep getting better!
Now that 2024 is around the corner, I can tell you just how excited I am about the benefits we’re bringing to you starting January 1. We’re always working to make sure your benefits provide real value for you and your health. That’s why from year to year your benefits may change somewhat.
One Pass gives you access to specialty and boutique locations that weren’t part of your plan before, as well as the locations you already know and use. And, it’s still included in your SCAN plan* at no cost.
Even more exciting to me is our new Tier 6 medication coverage. The medications on Tier 6 are commonly prescribed brand-name medications for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. If you watch television, you’ve likely seen these drugs advertised!
A new tier on a formulary may not excite most people, but as a doctor I can tell you just how valuable this new coverage is. These are the go-to meds we rely on for many of our patients.
We recently learned that SCAN was ranked the Top Medicare Advantage Plan for Customer Satisfaction in California by J.D. Power†! Their awards are based on surveys from consumers—from plan members like you—so this is a great honor for us.
