For over 10 years, it has been my mission to ensure our Senior Communities and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment. I have immense respect for the needs and rights of our members and strive to help maintain and improve their quality of life.

It gives me great joy to be a part of a remarkable organization like SCAN, a true driving force for healthy and independent aging! I feel privileged to be able to educate our future members on the unique benefits offered by our Medicare Advantage plans. At SCAN, we understand Medicare can be a confusing concept however, rest assured that our dedicated team will be there every step of the way to help navigate any questions you may have.

The ISNP Embrace Plan is a Medicare Advantage plan specific for residents of long term care communities. It is designed to help keep you as healthy as possible without having to leave the comfort of your home. The SCAN Mobile Team, myself and the community all work together to have your medical care brought to you!

If you are a resident of a long term care community and currently have Medicare Part A and Part B you may qualify for our plan.
