Rosemary Turner is an accomplished and high-impact business leader. For 22 years, Ms. Turner served as President of UPS, applying her proven strengths in business development, relationship management and operational stewardship, with responsibility for the performance of over 17,000 employees and a P&L of over $2 billion.

As Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Ms. Turner shares oversight responsibility for supervising and regulating banks, maintaining stability of the financial system, and providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions. Ms. Turner also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco BVP Search Committee, Economic Advisory Council, and is Chair of the Bank Governance Committee. Ms. Turner is a Senior Advisor to Oaktree Transportation Infrastructure Fund, LP.

Ms. Turner is a member of the board of directors of The Bouq’s Company, an eco-friendly industry leader in the online floral space. Internationally, Ms. Turner serves on the board of TFI International, a North American leader in transportation and logistics, and before its being acquired was Director for Core Mark International, and served on the Audit and Governance Committee. Formerly Board Director, Executive Committee Member, and Co-Chair of the Transportation Committee of the Bay Area Council of San Francisco, Ms. Turner worked with local public and civic leaders to make the Bay Area one of the most innovative, globally competitive, and sustainable regions in the world.

Ms. Turner is a founding member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles and a founding member of the Comcast/NBC Universal Joint Diversity and Inclusion Council, where she served as Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee.

Ms. Turner earned a BA in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is past President of the University’s African American Alumni Association.
