I’m originally from Minnesota (Moved from the Ice box to the Oven!). I’ve been assisting Medicare beneficiaries and their families in ensuring they are on the right Medicare plan to meet their individual needs/desires for over 8 years. I’m privileged to be representing the SCAN Health Plan. A non-profit organization dedicated to bringing Medicare beneficiaries the right care/benefits at the right time in the comfort of their place of residence. The Scan Embrace Plan is a Medicare Advantage Plan designed for Medicare beneficiaries with both Medicare Part A and Part B who reside in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care or Group Home settings.
