Linda Guthridge

Hello, my name is Linda Guthridge and I am a Benefit Specialist with SCAN Desert Health Plan. As someone who has worked in the medical field for over 25 years, I am so proud to work for a company that provides incredible services to their members. I am a proud mom to a 20-year-old boy who attends the University of Arizona. I enjoy working out, hiking and listening to live music. In my free time, I am working on my newest hobby, playing golf.

I offer the ISNP plan with SCAN Health Plan. This is a Medicare Advantage Plan. It is a Special Needs Plan that is for individuals who live in Assisted living, and board and Care homes. There is no special enrollment period with this plan, so the member can sign up anytime. We have Nurse Practitioners that can come to see the member at their place of residence. They come a minimum of every 2 weeks or as needed. Our NPs can do medication management as well as order all labs and diagnostic services. All these services can come to the member. We also offer podiatry, dental, vision, chiropractic and acupuncture and medications that can be delivered to the members.
