Provider Portal Login

SCAN is pleased to announce that we are modernizing our digital presence and optimizing business operations by implementing a new Provider Portal.

All Contracted Ancillary, Hospital, Downstream, Village Health and Non-Contracted Providers can self-register and gain immediate access to our new and improved SCAN provider portal.

SCAN’s Network Management team is currently working with contracted medical groups to roll out group access. Contracted Medical Groups may not use the self-registration service.

 

New Provider Portal for SCAN Contracted and Non-Contracted Providers

If you are an employee of a SCAN Contracted Medical Group, please contact your organization’s Portal Administrator for access. SCAN Contracted Medical Groups that have not been transitioned, please do not use the self-registration service, please access our existing Provider Portal. SCAN Contracted Medical Groups, Ancillary, Hospital, Downstream, VillageHealth and Non-Contracted Providers can utilize this portal to view member eligibility status, benefit information, verify claims and view resources and guidelines and more.

SCAN Contracted Medical Groups will be transitioned in waves to the new SCAN Provider Portal. Please reach out to your organization’s Portal Administrator for status. SCAN Contracted Medical Groups, please do not use the self-registration service.
