Employee Ratings Increased Across All Categories Compared to Last Year’s Results

LONG BEACH, Calif., Aug. 15, 2023— SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans, is proud to announce that it has been CertifiedTM for the third consecutive year by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, as one of the nation’s top employers in 2023.

SCAN’s Great Place to Work survey results revealed:

  • SCAN employee satisfaction increased from 90% in 2022 to 94% in 2023.
  • 97% of SCAN employees said that they “feel welcome when joining SCAN.”
  • 97% also “feel good about the way we contribute to the community.”

In addition, when employees reflected on what makes SCAN Health Plan a great workplace, they used words such as 'people,' 'benefits,' 'care,' and 'recharge.'
