Patrick Maloney is Corporate Vice President of Operations. He and his team oversee enrollment and reconciliation; premium billing; grievance and appeals; facilities; and corporate occupancy for SCAN Health Plan and SCAN Group. 

Patrick joined SCAN in 2004 and has served in various leadership roles with the organization. Throughout his 30-year career in healthcare operations, Patrick has held a broad range of management positions with Cigna Healthcare, Great-West Life, Blue Shield of California and FHP Health Care.

Outside of his role at SCAN, Patrick is on the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
