How can I make sure SCAN got my payment?

If you’d like to check on the status of your payment, please contact SCAN Member Services. Member Services contact information and hours of operation can be found by clicking here.

If you’re paying your SCAN bills through the SCAN member portal, you can view your payment history by following these steps:

  1. Sign into the portal.
  2. Select the “Payments” tab.
  3. Select “Go to SCAN’s banking portal” (you’ll leave the SCAN website and be taken to the US Bank payment portal).
  4. Select the “My Account” tab.
  5. Select “Electronic Payment History.”
