A Friendly Caller Program with a Difference

Have you ever wished you had someone to talk to on a regular basis? SCAN might have the perfect solution for you. Our new phone call service was created to help you get even more social connection.
SCAN Heartline lets you have regular phone calls with a SCAN team member. This program is for SCAN members who want to keep connecting with people. It’s been shown that people live longer with social connection, which can be as simple as picking up the phone and having a conversation!
You Call the Shots
The only thing planned about a SCAN Heartline call is the day and time. You and your caller take it from there—whether you want to share golf tips, recipes, book recommendations, or reminisce is completely up to you. Talking regularly on the phone with someone can improve your mental health, but you can decide if you want to chat every week or every two weeks.

Program Requirements
The only requirement is being a SCAN member! If you want more social connection or know another SCAN member who would welcome an easy way to connect with people, let us know.
