How to use this benefit
SCAN offers routine acupuncture and chiropractic services through American Specialty Health (ASH). This is a self-referred benefit, which means you don’t need a doctor’s referral to receive these services. Just schedule your appointment with an ASH provider, show your SCAN member ID card, and receive an initial exam.
Do I need to choose a Preferred or Standard pharmacy from SCAN’s pharmacy network?
Do I need to choose a Preferred or Standard pharmacy from SCAN’s pharmacy network?
No. You can choose any pharmacy in SCAN’s network and pay the same copays regardless of whether the pharmacy is considered Preferred or Standard. Use SCAN’s pharmacy finder tool to find a pharmacy near you.

There’s no cost to you to use One Pass—even the high-end boutique fitness locations that are part of the One Pass program are included in your membership!

SCAN MyChoice includes up to 200 hours of respite care per year.
