How can I update my phone number?

There are two ways to update your phone number:

1. If you’ve registered your online SCAN member account, log in and update your information.
2. Contact Member Services: 1-800-559-3500 (TTY: 711)

Hours:

• April 1 – Sept. 30, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday – Friday
• Oct. 1 – March 31, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week

Messages received on holidays and outside of normal business hours will be returned within one business day.
