What does the information on my billing statement mean?
- Service dates. Shows the current billing period.
- Balance forward. Shows the balance due from the previous month.
- Activity summary. Shows any payments and adjustments since the previous month.
- Total due. This is the payment amount due for the current billing period.
- Payments applied by this date. Payments posted by this date. Any payments received after this date will be shown on the next statement.
- Phone number. This is the number for SCAN Member Services if you have any questions.
- Payment stub. Tear this off and send with your payment.
- Due date. Shows when the bill is due (your bill is due by the 1st of each month).
- Enter amount paid. Write in the payment amount you’re sending.
