Absolutely. eBill is offered through U.S. Bank to give you a safe, secure way to make your SCAN payments online.

Q: Do I need to cancel my current online payment before I sign up for eBill?

No. Once you've set up eBill SCAN will close your old account.

Q: What SCAN payments can I make using eBill?

Use eBill for any payments that are made directly to SCAN, such as your monthly plan premium or a premium for an optional dental buy-up plan. You can set up your eBill account for recurring payments, which will take place automatically every month. Or you can choose to make single payments.

Q: I‘ve been happy with the current service. Why do I have to make the change to eBill?

Great question. Our current online payment system will be discontinued early in 2024. We recommend making the change as soon as possible.
