At SCAN, we realize receiving unwanted mail can be frustrating. To remove your name from our advertising mailing list, choose a response below, complete the form, then click the "Submit" button. If there is more than one name at the same address that you'd like removed, please complete a separate form for each name.

Note: If you’re already a SCAN member and are receiving advertising from SCAN, it’s likely because the name on the advertising mailing list is different from the name we have for your SCAN ID card. If this is the case, please complete the form below using your name as shown on the advertising mailing label. To receive your SCAN member materials electronically rather than by mail, please set your communication preferences in your SCAN online member account.
