SilverSneakers membership is included at no cost in many SCAN plans. Not all SCAN plans provide the SilverSneakers benefit. Please check your Evidence of Coverage to see if your plan has the SilverSneakers benefit.

From Feb. 15 to Sept. 30, Member Services hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
