Emily Arison is Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities. Since joining SCAN in 2001, she has played an integral role in shaping the organization’s culture, hiring and developing employees who are passionate about and committed to senior health and independence. Emily has helped SCAN grow a mission-driven team that works to make a difference in the lives of seniors every day.
With more than 15 years in human resources management, Emily has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives, including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and succession planning.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in sociology from University of Nevada, Reno.
