SCAN is available to eligible LACERS retirees and their dependents who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B. SCAN benefits are designed to offer what people with Medicare want and use most to maintain their health and independence.

Hours of operation:
- October 1 to March 31: 8 a.m.–8 p.m., seven days a week
- April 1 to September 30: 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday through Friday
