Are you eligible to join SCAN for 2013?
The Annual Enrollment period for Medicare is closed, but you might still be able to join SCAN. You can enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan at any time during the year if you:
- Are turning 65
- Are moving into the SCAN service area
- Qualify for Extra Help through Medicare
- Also have coverage through Medi-Cal
- Have been diagnosed with a chronic condition such as diabetes or heart disease

The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes
- 3. Your SCAN membership card will arrive in approximately 2 weeks
