VillageHealth plan has created a Remittance Advice (RA) download function on its website for purposes of assisting authorized Provider personnel in viewing the Remittance Advice submitted to Medi-Cal. To submit crossover claims to Medi-Cal, VillageHealth has created a Medi-Cal acceptable RA on behalf of their providers. These crossover claims are submitted to Medi-Cal as hard copy paper claims. A copy of the RA is available for you to review or download via the Medical Data Exchange (MDX) Web Portal.

A user log on and password are required for access to the MDX Web Portal. To set up a new User ID and password, please select the Request User ID link below and complete the attached form.
