Cancellation Courtesy: SCAN will be providing breakfast, lunch, and snacks for all attendees. So that we can get an accurate attendee count, we ask that you contact Reneé McNally if you find you are unable to attend the event.

Hotel Accommodations:A limited number of rooms have been held for symposium attendees at the special rate of $189 plus tax per night. Attendees should call 1-800-WESTIN1 or 562-436-3000 to make room reservations. Rooms are based upon availability and require first night’s deposit. Early departure and other fees may apply.

We encourage participation by all individuals. If you are disabled and require assistance, please notify us in writing at the address above at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
