There are two options for completing the Author Guideline Template:

Online:

• You do not need to complete the entire Guideline in one sitting. However, you must click the “SAVE” button prior to exiting the website; otherwise the data will be lost. It is recommended that you save often.
• The first time you save, you will be provided an “access code”. In order to access your saved document later, you must enter the provided “access code”.
