Hotel Accommodations: A limited number of rooms have been held for symposium attendees at the special rate of $149.00 plus tax per night (resort fee is included in this rate). To reserve a room, call (800) 598-3828 and mention, "SCAN Health Plan". Reservations must be made by July 22, 2008 to receive this rate. Rooms are based upon availability and require first night's deposit. Early departure and other fees may apply.
