Interpretative Services

It is SCAN Long Term Care's policy to be a service oriented organization that will strive to continuously improve the quality of services rendered to its members. Because of the cultural and linguistic diversity of its members, SCAN Long Term Care strives to provide high quality health care services that are designed to be culturally and linguistically appropriate. In order to assist our contract network in providing health services in a culturally competent manner, SCAN Long Term Care offers interpretative services at no charge to the provider or member.

SCAN Long Term Care has contracted with Language Line for telephonic interpretative services. The company has translators for more than one hundred and seventy (170) languages. To access these interpretative services, contact Member Services at 1-(888)-540-7226.
